F45 RUN CLUB

Come join every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month for a run around the Arts District! This a free event and is open to runners of all levels. We will have 2 groups so you can pick the pace that is right for you! Group 1 will be a 3 mile run and Group 2 will be a 2.5 mile run, both starting at the studio then running across the 6th bridge and back. Feel free to invite a friend or two! Please sign up so we know who is coming and meet in front of the studio at 6:30pm
