F-U Rare Disorders...an Oktoberfest Happy Hour

In early 2024, Lisa—the wife of Dan Benassi, co-founder of Entre Commercial Realty and its affiliates, began experiencing a series of unexplained and debilitating health issues. After months of uncertainty, countless medical visits and tapping into multiple resources her family finally found a path to treatment. The journey highlighted how complex and challenging the healthcare system can be for most people and particularly for those whose symptoms don't check a box or who may not have access to quality treatment options.
Throughout this endeavor Lisa kept telling people that when she got better we would have a big "F-U Headache Party". The Benassi family, alongside our business partners and friends, have broadened this idea to create an event to have some fun while helping others facing similar struggles. Our charity committee said it needed a kickass name so we dubbed it "F-U Rare Disorders".
This is our first of what we hope becomes an annual initiative to benefit the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD), a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to this cause.
We look forward to bringing together our friends, families, clients, colleagues and community to raise awareness and support for families navigating rare medical challenges who are not as fortunate as the Benassi family was during their endeavor.
