Expressive movement for mobility - a relaxing, feel-good session led by Olwen (adapted dance and developmental movement specialist) and Owen (poet and dancer).
This isn't a fitness class - just a gentle space where you'll be guided to move, express and reconnect in your own way.
No pressure and no experience needed - just come as you are. All bodies and energy levels welcome.
All activities can be done from a chair. You are also very welcome to bring along a supportive friend or family member (though please remember to book them a free ticket too!).
