PLEASE NOTE: All classes are in person.
Feel ready and empowered going into your birthing experience! We cover information on healthy pregnancy such as how to recognize labor, medical procedures like inductions, epidurals, C-sections, and vaginal birth after C-section or VBACs. The instructor will dedicate a portion of the class to unmedicated comfort techniques such as positioning, counter pressure, massage, and essential oils. You will also learn what to expect postpartum and how to heal. We are inclusive of all family structures and welcome any birthing people and their partner(s) of choice to join in the fun!
The cost of the Saturday Class is $60. Register and pay online by clicking the button above. Please only purchase one registration for your group.
