Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of background, or group affiliation!
The Local Family History Workshop is free. Friendly volunteers assist all ages, every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to Noon. There is no cost to use the computers, resources, or to receive the help of the volunteers. No prior knowledge of family history is required to participate.
To get started, participants should bring any available family history documents, for example, birth and death dates and locations. It usually only takes a few minutes to print out information that shows what countries your families came from.
Enter through the west doors of the building on Washington Street, proceed to the SW corner of the building to the open door.
