Come learn and practice Chan Buddhism with Dharma Drum Mountain Hartford. This month's practice will be led by Harry Miller, a lay, senior Dharma teacher. Harry will be presenting his translation of Cantongqi, Investigation of Universal and Particular, a poem written by the eight century master Shitou Xiqian and fundamental text for the Caodong (J. Soto) lineage.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to participate in guided meditation sessions, receie Dharma talks, and connect with like-minded individuals on the path to spiritual awakening. Whether you are seeking relaxation, insight, or a sense of community, this day of practice is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.
