Experts in music, history, languages, and more lead us on creative and scholarly explorations of LA Opera's mainstage productions, as well as special topics including Opera in the Classroom and Arts, Culture, Creativity & Health.

LAUSD teachers, don't forget to purchase your Salary Points. Register for the series and let us know you're interested in earning up to two LAUSD Salary Points. Where do I find the Zoom link and agenda for this session?

As we approach this session, you will receive an automated email from Eventbrite with the Zoom link and agenda. An initial reminder email will be sent one week in advance, and you will receive a second reminder email 15 minutes before the session.

I'm an LAUSD educator who's interested in Salary Points. How do I purchase them?

If you are participating for LAUSD Salary Points, please indicate this when you register, and LA Opera Connects staff will contact you about purchasing them after you have completed registration. If you are not participating for LAUSD Salary Points, registration is free.

How much does it cost to participate in Exploring Opera: A Learning Series?

There is no cost to participate in this series! If you are an LAUSD educator interested in earning up to two Salary Points, the cost is either $60 or $120, depending on which path you choose. If you are not participating for LAUSD Salary Points, registration is free.

Will the materials in this series be made available after the sessions?

Some of the materials may be posted on LA Opera's website as podcasts, lesson plans & resources, YouTube videos, etc.
