About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

What if the key to healing was already inside you?

In this one-hour somatic workshop, we’ll explore interoception—the powerful, often-overlooked capacity to sense and understand the inner landscape of your body. Interoception is the foundation of self-awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied healing.

You’ll be gently guided through:

  • A short introduction to interoception and how it supports those navigating chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from the body
  • A mindful movement and centering practice to deepen your awareness of subtle internal sensations
  • Simple, practical tools to reconnect with your body in daily life

This is a space to slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself.

Who is this for?
This workshop is open to all—no prior experience with somatics or movement practices is required. It may be especially helpful for:

Individuals living with chronic pain

Therapists, bodyworkers, and healing arts practitioners

Anyone interested in mind-body connection and self-awareness

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing

A Yoga Matt
