When will I get my CE certificate?

The CE certificate will be emailed to you after your Zoom attendance and participation is verified, posttest is completed, if necessary, and session evaluation is completed. The certificate will be emailed out within 20 business days of the session.

We will email a certificate of attendance to those that are not getting CEs and attend at least 75% of the session, based on Zoom log in time.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We do not issue refunds. If you are not able to attend a session, we will still send you the materials from the session (e.g., slides, application, references/resources, and collection of resources). However, CEs will not be issued.

Prior to attending the session, we ask you to take the pretest. The link will be sent out with your registration.
