Many of the patterns, fears, and beliefs we carry into adulthood start in childhood. In this transformative masterclass, you’ll explore how these early experiences shape the way you think and feel.

In this masterclass, you’ll:

  • Understand how these early wounds may be shaping your choices, behaviors, and relationships.
  • Discover tools and strategies to process, heal, and reclaim your personal power.
  • Learn how to transform past pain into growth, resilience, and self-awareness.

With special guest Sadaf Siddiqi:
Sadaf has a strong background in developmental psychology and is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as attachment theory. She strives to be a culturally responsive clinician.

Sadaf works with adults to help them manage acute and chronic anxiety, have healthier relationships, and improve personal development through tools such as nervous system regulation and managing emotional triggers.

She has a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and completed her undergraduate studies in Developmental Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
