If you’ve ever skipped a networking event because it felt too loud, too salesy, or just not made for you, you’re not alone. Many introverted women crave connection and community, but on their own terms.
That’s why we created this.
Join us for an intentional gathering at Image Studios—a beautifully designed, woman-owned salon suite collective in Wauwatosa where local beauty professionals run their own businesses. We’ll explore the space, learn about the entrepreneurs working there, and connect with one another in a way that feels aligned and low-pressure.
You won’t be expected to book a service or spend money. This is a space for quiet impact where simply showing up helps amplify women-owned businesses that often go unnoticed.

- An opportunity to grab information from independent hair stylists, estheticians, makeup artists, tattoo artists, etc

Meet Your Host:
Hi, I’m Shayla Burtin, founder of Her Dream Society—a membership community for introverted women who are building intentional lives, careers and businesses on their terms. I’m an introvert too (and someone who lives with social anxiety), so I know what it’s like to want connection but feel unsure about how or where to find it.
That’s exactly why I started hosting monthly events. So women like us could have soft, welcoming spaces to connect, support one another, and make a quiet impact without pretending to be someone we’re not.
If you attend, I’ll be there to greet you, guide you, and make sure you feel at ease. You’re so welcome here.

Yes. This event was especially created for women like you. I’m the host, and I also get nervous. However I’ve been hosting events for introverts for the past year, and I know how to create a space that feels calming, welcoming, and pressure-free.
Not in the traditional sense. There’s no pressure to pitch, perform, or meet a bunch of people. This is a low-pressure space for genuine, introvert-friendly connection. If you talk to one person and discover one new business, that’s a win.
Come as you are: casual, comfortable, and authentic. This is not a business event, so no need to dress up unless you want to.
Small bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Yes. You’re welcome to arrive when you can and leave whenever you need to. Just let us know if you plan to come late so we can greet you when you arrive.
