Our expert panel includes Ivy Tutors Network founder, Lisa Speransky; Spike Lab founder, Lloyd Nimetz, Cornell's former Director of Admissions, John Morganelli; Jared Greene from Inspirit AI; Vikram Veeramachaneni from Inflection Learning; and Nathan Vigil, PhD, who works with students on National History Day projects and other impactful research.


Our Superstar Expert Panel


Lloyd Nimetz is the founder of Spike Lab. He is a serial entrepreneur and startup investor who has been a founder of five for-profits and nonprofits in the US, Taiwan, Argentina, and India. Previously he directed 4.0 Schools’ education startup accelerator and before that was the co-founder of Dev Bootcamp NYC (parent company was acquired by Kaplan Inc in 2014). Lloyd went to Stanford University for his MBA, majored in Economics during his undergraduate studies at Williams College and was a Fulbright Scholar.


John Morganelli developed a college admissions coaching program that helps students get into the most competitive US colleges and has been working as a leader in the private admissions consulting space for over 5 years. Prior to becoming a consultant, John was a Director of Admissions at Cornell University. He has held senior admissions leadership positions at: Cornell University, Lehigh University, and Moravian University. John is also the author of “Growing Ivy: How to Crack the Code on Elite College Admissions” (2021).


Nathan Vigil is an award-winning educator with over 25 years of classroom teaching and private tutoring experience. He earned a BA in History from UC Berkeley and an MA and PhD in History from Emory University. He has won numerous teaching awards, given presentations at Oxford University and to the American Historical Association, published with Cambridge University Press, and received research support from Princeton University and George Washington University. After teaching at Emory and the University of Georgia, he has spent the last 12 years teaching high school history at an elite Atlanta private school. As a published author, he is highly qualified to support students working on college admissions essays and research/writing projects of all kinds.


Jared Greene is the Director of Partnership at Inspirit AI. He is a lifelong educator who is passionate about positioning students for success in their future college and career endeavors. He received his Bachelor’s in English & American Literature and Language at Harvard University. He is interested in the intersection of AI and literature, particularly how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing literary analysis.
