Experimental Drawing in WASPS Studios

An hour and a half aiming to rejig how we approahc drawing, several techniques will be introduced with materials available, drawing from the same composition to evaluate how each technique makes a whole new outcome

Katie McGroart has taught such classes before with Outspoken Art Scotland, and the Dundee Art Society where she came up with this lesson plan in order to tackle the idea that drawing can only be done one way. Over the past 10 years Katie has taught many beginners, including those discouraged from experimenting in schools, who now in thei retirements want to revisit a thing that gave them so muh fun and joy.
