About this event

Health • Personal health

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing form of qigong that unites body, mind, and spirit in harmony with the world around us. This non-impact movement practice builds strength, balance, and calm without stressing the joints. Rooted in the “Middle Way,” tai chi helps us cultivate peaceful power—energizing or soothing the body through breath, awareness, and mindful motion.

The Tai Chi Fundamentals® Program offers a simple, accessible approach for all ages and abilities. Blending movement, mindfulness, and functional awareness, it promotes flexibility, stability, and emotional well-being. Research shows tai chi can improve balance, strength, sleep, and mood while enhancing overall vitality and resilience.

This session will be tailored to the participants to provide a few basic moves progressing from simple moves for practicing almost anytime during the day, even if just for a few minutes.

This is a live event being held at the The Loft Space in Allison Park (3940 Middle Rd Suite A; Allison Park, PA 15101). Located above the Three Little Birds Cafe & Juice Bar.
