How do you want to get there?
Melt with Dr.Maya
Ease into the evening with a gentle, grounding mobility flow led by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Maya. This session is designed to help you release tension, open your body, and quiet your nervous system in preparation for the Reiki experience. Through slow, intentional movements, you’ll improve circulation, enhance body awareness, and create the physical and energetic space needed for deeper relaxation. All levels are welcome—no prior experience needed.
Group Reiki with Reiki Master Savanna
After settling your body through movement, sink into a restorative group Reiki session guided by Reiki practitioner Savanna. Using gentle, intentional energy work, Savanna will help open pathways for relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. During this deeply calming experience, you may feel warmth, lightness, or a sense of peaceful grounding. Many participants continue to experience benefits for up to 21 days after a session, making this a powerful way to support ongoing healing and well-being.
