Experience Family Constellations: Free Intro Workshop in the Hudson Valley

Family Constellations is a powerful group healing process that helps reveal and release the hidden patterns we inherit from our families and lineages. Some say a single constellation can feel like 20 years of therapy in one session.

In this free introductory workshop, you’ll have the chance to:

• Learn what Family Constellations is and how it works
• Experience the process firsthand by observing 2–3 live constellations facilitated in the group
• Represent in a constellation or simply witness the process — both can bring powerful personal insights
• Explore a simple personal/experiential exercise to get a direct taste of this work
• Notice how new perspectives are revealed, even when you’re not the one “in the constellation”

You don’t need to know your full family history, and there’s no preparation required. Simply bring your curiosity and an open heart.

What to Expect

• A welcoming group space inside the beautiful SRV Retreat Center temple, nestled in nature
• Two to three constellations facilitated during the evening
• Opportunities to receive a personal constellation, participate as a representative, or simply witness
• Gentle experiential exercises to help you connect with the work directly
• Time for questions, reflection, and sharing

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a group process that makes the unseen visible. Developed by Bert Hellinger, it begins when one person brings an intention or issue, and others are invited to represent family members, ancestors, or parts of the system. As participants step into these roles, hidden dynamics often come to light. With gentle facilitation, the constellation can move toward resolution or reveal powerful insights that open new pathways for understanding, connection, and belonging.

Your Facilitators

Masha Zolotarsky facilitates embodied transformation, guiding others into deeper healing and authenticity. Based in Catskill, NY, her own journey began after two decades as a designer in New York City, when heartbreak sparked a spiritual awakening and profound life shift. She now supports and empowers others in overcoming barriers, embodying their truth, and living with greater authenticity and alignment.

Masha is trained in Focalizing (a somatic healing modality), Family Constellations, Keith’s Cacao, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since 2022, she has assisted and co-taught The Focalizing Practitioner Training with The Focalizing Institute.

With a deep commitment to creating safe spaces for healing, Masha weaves together her learnings of shamanism, energy work, embodiment practices, Human Design, astrology, and Family Constellations to support her clients and ceremonies. Her passion lies in bringing people together, and sharing the transformative magic of Cacao and Family Constellations through her workshops and gatherings.

Jeffery Tiger is a Psychedelic Guide and Integration Coach, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Recovery Coach, and Family Constellations Practitioner. Tiger facilitates groups focusing on addiction, trauma, and PTSD. He is also a Keith’s Cacao Practitioner, hosting cacao ceremonies in the New York area alongside his partner, Masha. With over 20 years of experience in psychedelic medicine and recovery, Tiger brings a lighthearted approach to his work, believing that heart-centered healing is where true magic happens.

The SRV Retreat Center (being renamed to Śaraṇam Center for Healing & Transformation) is a serene countryside sanctuary in Greenville, NY. Its beautiful temple — with domes, glass windows, and vaulted pine ceilings — offers a tranquil space for healing and connection.
