Set outdoors in a beautiful garden at a private Oceanside residence surrounded by scenic hills, this experience blends nature, movement, and mindfulness. Enjoy gentle vinyasa yoga, an easy nature hike, an infrared sauna session, guided journaling, yin yoga with optional hands-on touch, a creative wellness workshop, a nourishing lunch by Chef Patty, and a restorative sound bath.
