We’ve got a fantastic free community event coming up at Thrive Health Co. Wednesday, May 21st at 6:30pm. Rachel, one of our passionate Exercise Physiologists, is running an Exercise Right for Peri and Post Menopause Workshop - She’ll be diving into exactly what changes occur during menopause, why the exercise routines prior to menopause no longer cut it, and how to adapt for real results. You’ll learn how to target tummy fat, boost brain health, support your bones, and manage symptoms like hot flushes and mood swings — all through the right kind of movement. It’s completely free!
