Exercise Classes

Your journey to fitness starts here.
Join us as we gather together and get our exercise on with low impact workouts. Exercises could include chair exercises, wall exercises, line dancing, small weights, and yoga as our cool down method. Equipment recommended to bring is a yoga mat, 3-5 lb weights, and resistant bands. Don't have equipment don't worry! Exercises can be modified.
