Event Registration and Communication Channels:
Once you claim your ticket, you will be added to the email list for the Sleep Optimization Challenge. This is where you will receive reminders and any related content for the duration of the challenge.
Phase 1: Application & Selection (Now – April 27)
Apply to join our guided sleep challenge focused on mouth taping, breathwork, and better nighttime habits. We’ll select up to 100 participants, with 20 receiving free mouth tape from our partner brands.
Phase 2: Announcements & Preparation (April 28 – May 3)
Selected participants will be announced and receive access to their digital sleep journal as well as mouth tape. This is your time to get prepared and excited for the transformation ahead.
Phase 3: The Challenge (May 4 – May 18)
Over 14 nights, you’ll follow a simple evening routine to improve sleep naturally. We’ll guide you with daily prompts, breathwork tips, and expert-backed strategies — one habit at a time.

Yes! The challenge is 100% free to join. 20 selected participants will receive free mouth tape samples from our brand partners.
No purchase is necessary. We provide a digital sleep journal, daily prompts, and guided tips. If you’re not selected for a mouth tape sample, we’ll share recommendations in case you’d like to try it on your own.
