What is Buteyko?

A breathing therapy that aims to restore better breathing patterns and reduce excessive breathing by reducing the amount of air inhaled and increasing the quality of each breath. Excessive breathing tends to exacerbate respiratory issues, heighten stress/anxiety, and negatively impact sleep.

Are there risks involved with mouth taping?

Accepted Answer

Mouth taping is generally safe for healthy individuals, but it is not recommended for people with diagnosed sleep apnea, nasal congestion, or breathing difficulties. Always consult a healthcare professional before trying new wellness practices.

Who can join the challenge?

Accepted Answer

Anyone looking to improve their sleep naturally! Whether you’re a light sleeper, a new parent, a wellness lover, or simply curious about mouth taping — you're welcome to apply.

Is it free to participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The challenge is 100% free to join. 20 selected participants will receive free mouth tape samples from our brand partners.

Question 6

Do I need to buy anything to participate?

Accepted Answer

No purchase is necessary. We provide a digital sleep journal, daily prompts, and guided tips. If you’re not selected for a mouth tape sample, we’ll share recommendations in case you’d like to try it on your own.

How much time does it take each day?

Accepted Answer

Just 5–10 minutes each evening. The challenge is designed to be simple and calming — not overwhelming.

What if I can’t complete all 14 nights?

No worries! You’ll still benefit from the structure and tools. The goal is progress, not perfection.

How will I receive updates and instructions?
