Please wear clothing you are comfortable to move and sweat in. You may want to bring an extra set of clothes to either change into or layer over for the restorative class at the end.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. There is a water refill station at this location. You are welcome to bring your favorite restorative props. There are large yoga bolsters, blocks, and yoga straps available to use.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Yes, we will use yoga mats during our classes. If you do not have your own, there are yoga mats available to rent for $5.
