EVOLVED: The Bootcamp Experience is a one-hour, high-energy bodyweight workout designed to get your blood pumping, your body moving, and your endorphins flowing all while empowering you mentally to step into your next level.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular gym-goer, this workout is for you. Every move can be modified to meet you right where you are, making it accessible, challenging, and fun for all fitness levels.

Meet Your Coaches:
This experience is led by Becca Denae (BeccaDenae Fitness) and Victoria “Vic” Tapp (Fit With Vic) two coaches united by the belief that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated to be life-changing.
Becca is a strength coach, nutrition nerd, and twin mom who helps women rebuild strength, feel confident, and enjoy fitness again through simple, smart training. With a background in CrossFit and coaching both in-person and online, Becca specializes in meeting women right where they are — whether postpartum, returning to fitness, or ready to level up.
Vic has been a certified personal trainer for 8 years, specializing in fat loss, muscle building, and habit-based transformation. Fit With Vic is rooted in 360 health:mind, body, and spirit. Teaching that true fitness starts mentally before it ever shows physically. Vic coaches all fitness levels and focuses on building confidence through sustainable routines that actually stick.
Together, Becca and Vic bring strength, mindset, and approachability into one supportive, empowering bootcamp experience designed to help every participant walk away stronger,inside and out.
