Ready to bring more heart to hospitality? Join instructor Shellie Phelps on October 27, 2025 for Everything Matters, a FREE interactive workshop designed to help Highlands County shine as the Heart of Hospitality! Thanks to funding from the Highlands County Tourist Development Council, there’s no cost to attend—just register, and come ready to learn, connect, and be inspired.
Choose from two identical sessions: a morning training from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or an afternoon session from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Each session is capped at 24 attendees, so don't delay registering! Both sessions will be held at Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel at 150 Midway Dr, Sebring, FL 33870.
Together, we’ll explore how customer experiences shape our community, practice simple ways to create memorable moments for visitors, and connect with others who make our hospitality and tourism industry thrive.
Whether you’re greeting guests at the front desk, serving at a local restaurant, or leading a team, this training is for you!
