Healthy Island Partnership are running community roadshows to empower our communities with engaging and practical solutions to everyday health challenges. We want our population to be more confident in taking control of their health and wellbeing. Join us on this journey for a new wave of healthy living.

Roadshow 2 - Every Move Counts

Balance, Strength and Aging Well

Our second roadshow focuses on building balance, strength and our aging well population. We're collaborating with Neighbours in Poplar and our GPs, health and wellbeing coach and first contact physiotherapist who will share health and wellbeing information and tips on staying motivated and physically fit in your later years.

Iqra Hameed - First Contact Physiotherapist

Chris Lynch - Health and Wellbeing Coach
