Attendees will be encouraged to take a COVID test before traveling to Clearwater. If a COVID case is uncovered while on-site in Clearwater, we will continue to hold the meetings as planned with the following adjusted protocols:
1. We will inform all attendees that an attendee tested positive.
2. The person(s) that tested positive will not be allowed to attend any further in-person functions.
