Join us every Tuesday evening at the beautiful Clarence E. Lewis Landscape Arboretum for a refreshing outdoor yoga flow with Overflow Yoga. These weekly sessions are all about slowing down, moving with intention, and connecting with community in a peaceful, natural setting.

❁ All levels welcome – beginners encouraged!

❁ Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you like to use

❁ Suggested donation: $5 — helps us continue offering future outdoor events (cash or Venmo accepted as well)

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have yoga experience to attend?

Not at all! These sessions are open to all levels, including beginners. You’ll be guided through a gentle, grounding flow.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and any props you like (like a blanket or yoga blocks). We also recommend comfy clothes and sunscreen.

How much does it cost?

We suggest a $5 donation to help support future Overflow events. Option to pay with cash or Venmo at the class as well. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Where exactly is the class held?

We’ll be in the Clarence E. Lewis Landscape Arboretum, near the MSU Horticulture Gardens.

Is there parking?

Yes! There’s a convenient 16 spot parking lot right by the gardens.

What happens if it rains?

Outdoor classes are weather dependent. We’ll post any weather-related updates via social media on the day of class.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely — the more, the merrier! Overflow is all about community.

Are children welcome?

Older kids and teens are welcome with a guardian and if they’re able to participate respectfully. These classes are designed for adults but are inclusive.
