Evening in the Vines Wine Dinner

Embark on a guided regional tour of exceptional vintage estate wines from the Jackson Family during an intimate evening of food and wine pairing at Pez Vela Fusion Kitchen. Guests will be welcomed with a selected complimentary wine to begin the night. Executive Chef Sergio Riglos will personally curate a
four course menu and guide you through the evening, each dish thoughtfully created to pair beautifully with each outstanding wine.

During the dinner the Jackson Family sommelier will guide you through each pairing, sharing tasting notes and winemaking stories from the family collection. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase bottles of the featured wines to take home.
Policies:
- $25 deposit per guest is required to reserve a seat and will be credited toward your final bill at the end of the evening
