Frequently asked questions

Where and when does the event take place?

The EU Policy Camp 2025 will take place from 30 September to 4 October 2025 at VET House, located in the heart of Brussels, Belgium.

What is the main theme of the Policy Camp?

The 2025 edition focuses on Open Schooling in VET — how vocational education institutions can collaborate with external stakeholders and communities to deliver real-world, inclusive, and engaging learning.

Who can join?

The Policy Camp is open to individuals, schools, and organisations working in or connected to vocational education and training (VET). If you are not a member of EVBB, you can register for the waiting list and will be notified after 15 August 2025 if your participation is confirmed.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, participation requires a registration fee. (EVBB Members: 60 euro, Non-members: 85 euro). Priority will be given to EVBB members. The fee covers full access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and field visits.

Will materials and presentations be shared after the event?

Yes, participants will receive access to a digital Event Compendium, including key takeaways, presentations, and highlights.

Can I present a good practice?

Yes! We are currently accepting submissions of good practices in Open Schooling in VET.

What language will the event be in?

The working language of the event will be English.
