Eucalyptus Farm Visit and Make a Shower Wreath

By Cassie's Craft Coven

Overview

Meet up with the craft coven at a farm just outside of Philadelphia. We'll cut down the eucalyptus and keep some to build a shower wreath.

Strawflower Farm is a small, four-acre farm nestled in Thornbury, Pennsylvania run by Linda Silver Robin Clark. Linda grows a wide variety of flowers for visitors to cut their own bouquets, and in July we also offer pick-your-own blueberries.

From Linda:
While you’re here, you’re welcome to meet my sweet alpacas, angora goats, and our big, lovable pet turkey, Jack.

I’ve also grown large eucalyptus trees in my greenhouse, and I’m excited to have help with trimming branches and sharing creative ideas for using fresh eucalyptus.

From Cassie:
We're asking for $5 as a commitment payment that you will attend as we have limited space. We will use this money to cover the supplies for making aromatic shower wreaths with some of the eucalyptus we pick at the farm.

When visiting, please drive very slowly on Broomall Lane. We work hard to keep our neighbors happy and safe.
