Please join us on October 30, 2025, for the Catawba Unit Event:Ethical Challenges in the Context of Housing Insecurity and Lack of Resources from 5pm-6:30pm at Winthrop University: Owen Hall G01. Panelist Melissa Carlyle, MSW, Catawba Area Coalition for the Homeless; Latajah Lambright, MSW, Roch Hill Housing Authority; Emily Pate, MSWm United Way of York County; & Owen Phillips, MSW, Rock Hill Housing Authority will identify how ethical issues arise in the context of scarcity of resources and discuss how to navigate relevant ethical values in this context.

Description: Panel discussion with qualified practitioners in the community. There will be time allotted for questions and discussion. Offering 1 Social Work CEU credit and Cultural Event credit for Winthrop students to bring both NASW members and students together for a meaningful presentation.
