An Autumnal wine Menu

Adega Belém welcomes Bucha Studio and Joy Food Experiences for another edition of Estação à Mesa — (now with) Sabor a Outono (Flavor of Autumn).


This time, the menu is inspired by wine and designed for wine. Created from the lees of the winery's latest harvests, each dish celebrates the grape cycle — between the vigor of Carcavelos, the scent of Moscatel, and the lively acidity of Viosinho.

First bite

Bread, olives, grilled pumpkin, cream cheese, apple jam, and Viosinho lees


Let's sit down at the table

Olive oil and lard cake, fermented almond cream, fresh and pickled grapes

Homemade bread, olives, liver pâté with dates and Moscatel lees


Seasonal dish

Pork neck marinated in fortified Carcavel wine lees, slow-cooked and served with grilled grapes.

Creamy polenta

Roasted leeks with cornbread crumble, raisins, and lemon


The end is sweet

Muscat lees cake, roasted quince, whipped cream, and quince caramel
