About this event

In this five-part series, we’ll expand on topics covered in some of my Guptacise healing meditations.

The group will include:

* meditations I make specifically for the group and which you may download

* somatic/body practices

* writing exercises

* working with other forms of creative expression—the group may choose how much time to allocate to drawing/painting, singing/toning (with the limitations of zoom) and/or moving our bodies together, and how much time to allocate to checking in about our practices outside the group

* time to share in the group

* a private chat for people in the group

Some of the Guptacise meditations on these themes you may recall:

Relaxing into spiritual safety

Developing a felt sense of safety

Developing core strength and increasing resiliency

Honoring sensitivity while reducing reactivity

Somatic practices in setting boundaries

Peace ripples out

The courage to forgive ourselves and let ourselves shine

Telling ourselves healing stories

We make the road by walking

Connecting with nature

Cycles of the year

The calm in the storm

The format will include participatory exercises with optional sharing. In this videoconference format, people can share their video and audio and have the opportunity to interact by speaking. The sessions will be recorded in case you need to miss or would just like to review the material. (The recordings are only for people enrolled in that particular series and aren't shared with anyone else.)

P eople have the opportunity to introduce themselves, including sharing what brings you to group coaching. I introduce myself in a way that is becoming more common in workplaces and other groups. If this is a way that's comfortable for you, you may also introduce yourself that way. If it's new to you, here are some resources to learn more.

T he general admission price is $195. There are some sliding fee scale spots for people on government benefits. And some grants for what we call in the US--BIPOC--Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, who have been marginalized historically. IFS has been using the term "People of the Global Majority" instead, in recognition that people of color are the global majority, while underrepresented in many places due to barriers to inclusion. To learn more about my ticket pricing, please see this blog post.

A reminder email from dev@devmayaan.com via Mailchimp comes out the day before, and then an hour before. If you don't see those, please check your spam folder and mark them as "not spam." That way you'll get the emails with the recordings and future reminders.
