For new or current users of the QuickBooks Online Edition. If you don't have QuickBooks Online yet, we can help you choose and set up the subscription at a substantial discount. Attend the webinar and follow along on your device if you wish.

QuickBooks Online allows you to handle your accounting and access your data from any internet connection. All the features of the Desktop version of QuickBooks, without being tied to your desk!

This class covers the basics you need for using QuickBooks Online on a daily basis. Learn the core bookkeeping functions to capture your business's vital financial data while getting the rest of your job done.

$150 Class fee includes 2-day Workshop and class materials delivered electronically.


This class is designed for users of QuickBooks Online: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced Editions (differences in versions discussed). This workshop does not include instruction for QuickBooks Desktop or Self-Employed products.

This class is also available for QuickBooks Windows Desktop versions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a camera and a microphone?

No. You can watch the presentation from any web-enabled device. If you wish to ask questions without a microphone, you can use the Chat function or call the class's phone line during the meeting. The details will be in your meeting invitation.

What should I bring to the event?

You can print or save the materials provided electronically or use a notepad to capture notes, ideas, and questions you may have. Viewing on a separate screen or device can be helpful if you plan to practice the techniques during the presentation, but it is not required.

What's the refund policy?

Canceled registrations are refunded up to 7 days before your session. If you miss a session without notice, you will be given a voucher to attend a future session on the same or a similar topic offered.

Is there a guarantee?

We guarantee your satisfaction by offering individual consulting equivalent to your class fees if the event does not address your concerns (limited to the topics advertised in the workshop attended).

Can more than one person attend per registration?

Your registered login link is only valid for 1 participant. We encourage separate registration if all users wish to participate. Only one attendance certificate will be issued per registration.

Are there discounts for multiple tickets?

Discounts are available for multiple attendees from the same organization, and group training rates are available. E-mail Training@AccountingMadeSimple.biz for details.

Is my registration fee transferable?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another user. Send them your confirmation email so they will have the access link to your class. Please notify us before the class so the attendance certificate will have the proper attendee's name at Training@AccountingMadeSimple.biz
