Who are we?

Essence Spirits loves finding uncommon premium bottles, hard-to-find vintages, and niche wines.

Our parent company has supplied high-end bottles to five-star hotels, restaurants, duty-free stores, and supermarkets in Hong Kong and Greater China for over 20 years.

Question 2

Do you have delivery service?

Accepted Answer

Two business days after bank confirmation of payment.

To make home deliveries more affordable, we cut the minimum order amount to HK$1,000 from HK$1,500. Orders under HK$1,000 must pay HK$150 for Hong Kong Island, HK$80 for Kowloon, and HK$300 for New Territories.   (Contact us before ordering)

Question 3

Do you have any special offers if we buy anything on the day of the wine tasting?

Accepted Answer

Certainly.  If you buy our products on the day of the event, you will receive an additional special discount.

Question 4

Can we return or exchange the items we bought from you?

Accepted Answer

We try to find wine, spirits, sake, and champagne in their best condition, but customers should account for natural variations in ullages, case condition, labels, and corks for old wines.
We cannot refund or exchange products.   We regret for any inconvenience.

Question 5

Can I pay extra to try more glasses on the date of wine tasting event?

Accepted Answer

We hope you have enough glasses to try our goods on event day.  Wine needs time to breathe before we can taste it.  Our staff will try to suit your needs.

Question 6

Can I receive a refund for my wine tasting ticket if I am unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

We cannot offer refunds because we must open the beverages and purchase the food prior to the event. We will nevertheless make every effort to allow you to attend the next wine tasting event.
