Join us at this month’s virtual class as we embrace the change in seasons. Autumn is such a beautiful time of the year and has slowly become one of my favorite seasons. It’s the time of year when we begin to prepare and harvest in preparation to rest during the long winter months. But for many of us, the fall can be the busiest time of year: work, school, beginning to think about the holidays; all this on top of the constant stream of world crisis after world crisis. Join us as we honor ourselves and our well-being. We’ll move through a vinyasa style yoga class followed by a journaling session focused on respecting our bodies as they change with the seasons. All the proceeds of this class will be donated to a local charity, UnLocal, that works to provide legal services to undocumented immigrants. We can’t wait to see you there!
For this class you will need:
- A yoga mat or a towel or blanket
- Blocks or bolsters(if you use them in your practice)
- A journal/pen/pencil
- Water or something to drink
- An open mind and heart
