How does speed dating work?

Icebreaker cards on every table.

At the end, you'll write down who you'd like to see again.

If there’s a match, you’ll get each other’s contact info during social hour.

EspressoDate is currently designed for Straight-identifying men and women ages 21–35 based in Houston or nearby. MADE FOR: Coffee lovers, creatives, remote workers, and anyone looking to meet new people IRL.

How do we get paired up?

Accepted Answer

You will get a name tag and jot down your creative barista name at the event. At the end of the event, you will leave a note with a contact method to the person and leave it in our coffee crush mailbox. During social hour, our team will deliver these notes.

Is it super formal or intimidating?

Not at all! It’s designed to be casual, friendly, and low-pressure. Think hip coffee shop vibes, not stuffy mixers.

Are there any refunds/exchanges?

NO REFUNDS. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, if you cannot make the event and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else that is completely fine. Please note, if there is an emergency please contact joelle@elpisphere.com
