Keynote Speakers

This year we're proud to annouce we have two keynote speakers, both New Zealand sporting icons, Sam Cane and Hayden Paddon.

Sam and Hayden will present separately, then come together for a rare fireside chat about performing at the highest level.

Sam Cane, former All Blacks Captain

Known for his outstanding leadership of the All Blacks, Sam understands what it takes to lead high-performing teams under pressure. Just as fleet managers guide their teams through daily challenges and constant change, Sam led the All Blacks through some of rugby’s most demanding moments.

Hayden Paddon, World Rally Champion (WRC)

As a World Rally Champion (WRC) event winner and NZ motorsport icon, Hayden has faced incredible highs, tough setbacks, and everything in between.

As a competitor in this year’s EROAD Australian Rally Championship, Hayden will share the positives and challenges he has experienced, offering unique insights parallel to the fleet management journey. Just like fleet managers making daily decisions to keep their fleets running smoothly, Hayden has had to balance risk, performance, and strategy at the highest level.
