Is my registration changeable or refundable?

Registration is fully changeable and refundable until 7 days before the course date. After that, no refunds or changes. You may give your ticket to someone else at any time.

Can I pay using an invoice instead of a credit card?

If your organization requires you to receive an invoice to pay by ACH or check, please contact us at info@ERGLeadershipAlliance.com to make arrangements and get assistance with your registration.

Do you maintain waitlists for courses that fill up?

Yes. If a course you would like to take is sold out, please send a note to info@ERGLeadershipAlliance.com. We will notify the people on our waitlist in order to see if they want to take the open spot. They will have 24 hours to claim the spot until the next person on the waitlist is offered.

Do I receive some type of credential after one or more courses?

ELA offers Certifications for ERG Group Leaders, Oversight Managers and Expert Trainers. ERG U classes help you gain the know-how to be certified, but each type of Certification has a process and an additional price. Please see here for more info: ttps://www.ergleadershipalliance.com/certification

Participants will acquire essential data skills for measuring ERG success at the program level, utilizing a structured approach to align ERG initiatives with business strategy.

Coaching Skills for Leaders - 2 hour workshop (English only):
