EQUIPPED Conference

EQUIPPED Conference

By Red Bluff Vineyard

Overview

EQUIPPED Conference is your go-to spot to level up skills, connect with pros, and get ready to crush it in real life!

Join us for the EQUIPPED Conference!

In the Vineyard, we believe that “everyone gets to play.” Equipped is all about giving ordinary people the tools, confidence, and encouragement they need to partner with the Holy Spirit in everyday life and ministry.

Over two days, we’ll gather for main sessions to worship and learn together, as well as have many workshops that will help you grow in both understanding and practice. Whether you’re a pastor, leader, volunteer, or simply hungry to grow, this conference is designed with you in mind.

Lots of breakouts will be in Spanish too!

Practical breakout tracks, including topics like:

  • Spiritual Gifts – Learning to recognize, grow in, and wisely steward the gifts of the Spirit.
  • Worship – Cultivating Spirit-led worship that forms disciples and creates space for God’s presence.
  • Small Groups – Starting and strengthening groups that foster genuine community and spiritual growth.
  • Deliverance Ministry – A grounded, Vineyard approach to freedom, wholeness, and spiritual authority in Christ.
  • Evangelism & Discipleship - What are practical ways and resources to serve the local church in areas related to mission and formation?
  • Starting a Recovery Ministry – Practical steps to launch and sustain a grace-filled recovery ministry in your church.
  • …and much more, with options for leaders, volunteers, and anyone wanting to grow.

Guest speakers include Rodrigo Parada (La Viña Peru), Dr. Doug Erickson (Duluth Vineyard), Terry Rapley (Red Bluff Vineyard), Jimmy John Morris (Mountain Vineyard), and more!
