Step into the sacred balance of light and dark as we honor the turning of the seasons with a heart-centered series of Equinox Gatherings. Each session is a journey inward—an invitation to reconnect with your inner rhythm through the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao and the deeply restorative vibrations of sound healing.

Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through seasonal transition. Together we will:
💛 Sip warm, hand-prepared ceremonial cacao in a meditative circle
🎶 Sink into deep relaxation with a live sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and earth instruments
🌬 Be guided through meditation and breathing practices to ground and center
📝 Reflect and release throughsharing within a safe circle
🌸 Set intentions for balance, renewal, and aligned action
Whether you’re returning to the circle or joining us for the first time, these gatherings offer a nourishing space to pause, breathe, and reawaken your inner light.
