Join us for a unique healing experience that blends the guided breathing with the deep connection of equine-assisted mindfulness.

​​​​The program begins with an opportunity to connect with the horses through multiple difference techniques, as well as learning and practicing the Bladder Meridian Technique of the Masterson Method®, guided by Masterson Method® Certified Practitioner, Laura Spielman. This gentle, hands-on approach involves using light touch along the Bladder Meridian, an energy pathway that runs along the horse’s body. By applying subtle pressure and observing the horse’s responses, such as blinking, licking, or yawning, participants help the horses release tension and stress while cultivating presence, relaxation, and trust, while making a very strong hands-on connection with the horse.

​​​​Certified Breath Coach Nicole Trotta will then guide you through a transformative breath practice. Horses are highly intuitive beings that naturally engage in energy work, mirroring human emotions and offering a profound sense of connection. Their calming presence helps regulate the nervous system, inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance. Simply being in their energy field can promote a state of peace and well-being, enhancing the breathwork experience.
