EOY & Comprehensive Evaluation Monitoring Principal/AP, Central Office

This session will provide administrators and principals with a clear understanding of the End-of-Year evaluation process in NCEES. Participants will review the steps for completing the Principal Summary Evaluation, explore expectations around comprehensive monitoring, and learn how to ensure accurate and timely completion of evaluation tasks. The session also includes a brief overview of the End-of-Year processes for Teachers and Support Staff, equipping leaders with the knowledge and tools to support a smooth and successful close to the evaluation cycle.
