Entry Level Creative Movement Pop Up Class

Method of Modern Movement is a boutique dance-fit studio in lower Lonsdale dedicated to the true art of dance & movement

We offer a youth program called Studio Pointe and an adult program with drop-in and series classes.

Creative movment is an entry level class for the littles who are just starting to explore movement and dance. Parent participation is welcome! We will be doing some follow along dance move and fun dance games. Children are encouraged to wear comfortable and expressive dance outfits of their choosing!
