At this workshop, expert volunteer attorneys from Inland Counties Legal Services (ICLS) will provide essential information about different business structures, common for small businesses (e.g., sole proprietor, LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, and general partnership), under California law.

Perfect for entrepreneurs learning about this topic for the first time, as well as more established businesses seeking guidance on whether their current structure is best for your business goals
