What is included in the class?

Class includes all of the cheeses and meats, accoutrements, a small bite to hold you over while building your board, a non-alcoholic beverage, and a single-use palm leaf platter to build your board.

Can I buy a wooden board to take home.

Yes! You are able to purchase a beautiful, olive wood board for an additional $25 that you can take home with you.

Is there enough food for a meal?

You will have time to enjoy your board at the end of the workshop. For some, it will fill them up and for some, it is a light meal.

Can I shop at The Ancient Olive while I am are there?

Yes! At the end of the workshop, you will have time to munch on your board and shop at the store. The Ancient Olive offers 10% off to class participants that takes the class.
