This approach to leadership development is designed to significantly increase the likelihood of learning success and development of a proven leadership model that delivers engaged employees and higher performance. We incorporate action learning through Action Projects in the Program. Action learning is an experiential learning methodology in which participants learn by doing and then reflecting on what they have done. The participants work on real tasks, often in small groups.
