A Path of Presence is a small-group 6-week journey to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give your nervous system the space it needs to reset.

An exploration from the inside out, including movement, breath, sensory awareness, reflection, and sincere intentions, you’ll begin creating new neural pathways. Pathways that carry presence, safety, and trust. Along the way, we’ll prepare for a guided psychedelic ceremony that can open these pathways further and deepen your healing.

Weeks 1–4 | Somatic Foundations (Zoom)

Tuesdays Oct 7 14 21 28 | 6:00–7:30 PM PT

Gentle somatic practices and nervous system tools to prepare body and mind for ceremony.

Week 5 | Ceremony Day (In Person)

Saturday Nov 1 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

At Setas Seminary’s retreat center in the Nevada desert. Grounding intention, tea ritual, and a guided psychedelic ceremony. Includes nourishing food, rest, and space for creative expression and connection.

Weeks 5 & 6 | Integration Sessions
