What can I expect when attending?

You can attend on your own as a caregiver or with your loved one as well. You can expect to have some social engagement with an activity, educational topics, discussion on topics that relate to memory impairment, caregiving or navigating the journey.

Do I have to attend every month?

We like to engage with you every month, but it is not necessary to attend each month. You can attend as it fits your schedule or situation.

The Enrichment Cafe is a welcoming place for individuals living with mild dementia or other cognitive changes, as well as their care partners. Attendees will have a safe space to engage, access resources, and connect with others as they navigate their journey. This meeting is open to the public for those who care for a loved one with cognitive challenges. This is a great opportunity to connect with others and learn useful caring tips.
