We will arrive together, gather in a circle, and then drop into presence through breath, sound, and gentle somatic awareness. Live improvised music and binaural tones weave through the space as your body and voice awaken. Guided vocalizations open the channels between breath, movement, and emotion, inviting your sound to merge with the collective field.

The music grows into danceable, trance-like soundscapes that guide us deeper into the creative unconscious. There is no choreography, only invitation. You can stretch, sway, hum, scream, rest, or move with abandon. Every gesture and tone becomes part of the shared rhythm, held in a field of deep care. As the music settles, we gather our energy inward, grounding into the wisdom that has been stirred. You may leave feeling more connected to your body, your voice, your pleasure, your healing, and to the community moving as one.

Your Guides

Melissa Brough is an independent licensed Ishtara embodiment teacher and is the visionary force behind the Energetic Literacy Project. She also co-stewards a retreat and residency space in Vermont that supports experimental sound + movement forms as well as rites of passage.

Lisa Masé is an animist and ritualist with Celtic, Etruscan, and Romani roots. Lisa is the founder of Harmonized Living, a somatic nutrition and herbalism practice, and the co-founder of Third Tone Project, an app and live experience offering high potency acoustic sound medicine for all beings.

Evan Premo is a composer, sound artist, and co-founder of the Third Tone Project app and live experience. He creates musical experiences for exploring the intersection of consciousness, spirituality, healing, and artistic expression. His cutting-edge work traverses the boundaries of knowing through the language of sound.

Brigham Brough is a multi-instrumentalist, practitioner of conscious transformation, steward of MetaSpace and Studio Ten Three in Providence, R.I., spirit guide / surf instructor for Gnome Surf athletes.
